Our vision

Everyone who works for themselves — freelancers, small business owners, and small teams — spends a huge part of their day on things that have nothing to do with the work they actually came to do. Invoices, contracts, hiring, reporting, paperwork — it all eats hours that could go into the craft itself.

Gdoc started as a library of templates: a simple way to not build from scratch what thousands have already built before you. Today we’re going further — building a platform where routine processes are carried through to the end, from the first document to the closed period.
We build tools for professionals and small teams — for the people who need a back office, but don’t need a staff of people running it.

AI in our products is a quiet assistant, not a replacement for the human. It takes on what eats time and leaves decisions to you.

Our journey

Gdoc launched in July 2021 as an independent platform built on a simple idea — help people get things done with clean, practical tools based on Google Docs. We believed Google Docs was one of the most powerful free platforms available, and we wanted to unlock its full potential for everyday users.

Over the next years, the library grew to more than 1,400 free templates across a wide range of categories — from resumes optimized for ATS systems to business documents, personal planners, and beyond. Ready to use, easy to customize, completely free. Our users came from all walks of life, with the majority based in the United States.

In 2026, Gdoc was spun off into a separate company to focus fully on its next chapter — evolving from a template library into a SaaS platform for everyday business workflows. The plan is to bring billing and bookkeeping, hiring tools, and other back-office essentials under one roof, with AI built in as a quiet helper rather than the centerpiece.

Behind the project is the Tyshchenko family, with Anton Tyshchenko as CEO and Aleksandra Tyshchenko overseeing day-to-day operations alongside a small, dedicated team. To maintain transparency, Gdoc’s organizational structure is openly available on The Org.

Today Gdoc operates as GDOC PTE. LTD. (UEN 202614124W), registered at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422.
