This License Agreement (“License”) sets out the terms on which GDOC PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore (UEN: 202614124W), located at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422 (“gdoc”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), grants you the right to use the templates, documents, graphics, and other materials available on gdoc.io (the “Templates”).
By downloading or using any Template, you agree to this License. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Templates.
1. Ownership
All Templates and related materials on the Website are owned by GDOC PTE. LTD. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this License.
2. What You Can Do
We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to:
- Download Templates from the Website;
- Modify, adapt, and customize Templates for your personal or business purposes;
- Use Templates in your own work, including work delivered to clients or used commercially in your business;
- Use modified Templates in print, digital, or electronic media as part of your final product.
You do not need to credit gdoc when using a Template, although attribution is appreciated.
3. What You Cannot Do
You may not:
- Redistribute Templates as standalone files — including but not limited to publishing, sharing, or hosting Templates on your own website, blog, file-sharing service, marketplace, or any other platform;
- Resell, lease, sublicense, or sell Templates, in original or modified form, as a standalone product;
- Hotlink or directly link to Template files hosted on our servers (including direct links to Google Drive files or any other source files);
- Claim authorship of Templates or present them as your own original creation;
- Use Templates in a Template library, marketplace, or similar collection that competes with gdoc;
- Use Templates or any content from the Website to train, fine-tune, or develop machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), or other artificial intelligence systems, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without our prior written consent;
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download Templates or any content from the Website using automated means.

4. Linking to gdoc
Blogs, websites, and other resources that wish to feature or reference our Templates are welcome to link to the specific Template page on gdoc.io. Direct links to downloadable files or source files (including Google Drive links) are prohibited.
5. Your Responsibility
You are fully responsible for how you use the Templates. This includes ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of third parties. We are not responsible for any misuse of Templates, modifications you make, or any consequences arising from your use of Templates.
6. No Warranties
Templates are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Templates will be error-free, suitable for any specific purpose, or compatible with any particular software.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GDOC PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Templates.
Our total aggregate liability under this License shall not exceed USD 100.
Nothing in this License excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law.
8. Termination
This License is effective until terminated. We may terminate it at any time without notice if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Templates and destroy any copies in your possession. Sections 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 9 shall survive termination.
9. Governing Law
This License is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this License shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
10. Changes to This License
We may update this License from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of Templates after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated License.
